1: TSHO ROLPA LAKE (Cho Rolpa Lake)
Tsho Rolpa Lake is located in the Rolwaling Valley of Dolkha district, which is in the high of 4580m; (15030ft) from sea levels. This lake is known as one of the biggest glacial lakes in the Himalaya of Nepal.
Maximum depth 270m but in average depth is 55 meters and 3.45 kilometers in length and 0.5 kilometers average width. In total this lake is 1537 square kilometers with 85.94 million water in this gorgeous lake.
Unfortunately, this beautiful lake is very dangerous because the last 50 years this lake has grown considerably; due to glacier melting in the Himalaya of Nepal.

2: PHOKSUNDO LAKE
The hidden jams of the beautifully Nepal; located in the Dolpa district is called Phoksundo Lake. This is an alpine freshwater oligotrophic lake in Nepal. Phoksundo lake is in the heart of the Shey Phoksundo National Park at the elevation of 3612m (11849ft) above the sea level.

In the southern belt of the lake more the 20 amazing Stupas and one historical Gompa (Monastery) in the eastern side; where Dolpali peoples follow their annual prayers and worship. The traditional culture and traditions are following in the upper region of Dolpa. Buddhism and Bon are prevalent in the lower region of Dolpa.
3: RARA LAKE
Rara lake is the main attraction of the Rara National Park; it lies between Jumla and Mugu district. This lake is the biggest and deepest freshwater lake in the Himalaya of Nepal.
Rara lake is surrounding by Rara National Park; possible to get throughout as Rara Lake Trek. This national park was established in 1976 to preserve the beauty of the lake and protect it from sedimentation and against the human activity.

4: TILICHO LAKE
Tilicho lake is famous as the world’s highest lake for its size in the world. This gorgeous lake located in the Manang district of Nepal; inside the Annapurna conservation area just a 55km areal distance from lake city Pokhara. To have a view of this lake, need to follow the Annapurna Circuit Trekking Trail till 4919m altitude.

6: GOSAIKUNDA LAKE
Gosaikunda lake is one of the holiest lakes in the Himalaya of Nepal; located in the 4380m above the sea level Rasuwa district of Nepal. This lake is an alpine freshwater oligotrophic lake in Nepal. This lake is inside the Langtang National Park.
Around the Gosaikunda lake, there are 108 lakes small to medium in the size; this lake will be frozen for six months in the winter season that is why this lake is called The Frozen Lake as well.
