The Manaslu trekking is hiking around the world’s eighth highest mountain Mount Manaslu 8156m. This trekking trail is officially open to tourists since 1991, but Manaslu expeditions had long access to this area. The trek to the Manaslu region is a restricted trekking trail inside the Manaslu conservation area. Inside the MCA there are many trekking trails. From 2008AD opened another trekking trail calls TSUM VALLEY Trek. Manaslu trekking region is one of the less touristic trekking regions in Nepal. To do this trek only possible with the special permit, special permit only issues from register trekking company.

Manaslu Circuit Trek is called Manaslu Round Trek too, this trek duration is 12 to 15 days. This trek starts a drive from Kathmandu to Arughat or Sotikhola. After that following Gagat, Philim, Deng, Samaghau, Samdo, and Larke La Pass (5106m) to reach in Bimatang and Dharapani to end.
Tsum Valley Trek is a neighbor trek of Manaslu Trekking. This trek also only possible with the special permit to explore the isolated gems of Nepal. Officially this is 7 days permit trek but if wish to longer that is possible with per day 10$. Trek start as similar to Manaslu Circuit Trek until Yaklebhatti. From Yeklebhatti the way separate to the Chumling, Chokhangparo, Rachan Gompa, and Mu Gumpa and get back to the same way. Also, if you wish an opportunity to explore the Ganesh Himal side as well.
Manaslu and Tsum Valley trek is a great combination of natural and cultural beauties of the Manaslu Conservation area. Trek kicks off with a scary drive from Kathmandu to Arughat or Sotikhola. And then follow the Gagat, Philim, Chhokong Paro, Rechen Gumpa, Mu Ghumpa inside the Tsum Valley side. After Tsum Valley follow Manaslu’s side to reach Dharapani after Larke La Pass 5106m. From Dharapani if you wish you can continue the Annapurna Circuit Trek as well to pass Thorong La 5416m.
